🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked)
  • Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The item is defective on arrival

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item received

🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

TechByElectra is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact your local carrier
  3. Email us and we will help investigate

⏳ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

🛠 Electronics Disclaimer

Because we sell electronic products:

  • Minor packaging wear from shipping does not qualify for a refund
  • Compatibility with personal devices is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated
  • Damage caused by improper use, water exposure, or modification is not covered
